1.准备好原材料, 粉丝提前泡软;

2.肉馅中加入适量盐、胡椒粉、姜末和料酒等调味料, 顺着一个方向搅拌上劲;

3.用左手团一下肉馅, 从虎口处挤出肉丸;

5.煮开后用小勺撇去浮沫;

6.煮到丸子全部浮起来;

7.加入准备好的瓠子块;

8.加入适量的盐和胡椒粉调味;

9.最后加入泡软的粉丝,煮上一分钟即可,盛入钵中, 表面撒上葱花。

小窍门&温馨提示
1. 肉馅加入盐等调味料, 顺着一个方向搅拌上劲,腌制一下;2. 再用左手将肉馅团团至表面光滑, 从虎口处挤出肉丸, 放入温水锅中汆熟即可; 3. 注意煮丸子时要撇去浮沫, 这样汤更鲜; 4. 再放入瓠子和粉丝将它们煮熟后调味即可。
